Brook Ellis Johnson
Brook started his manufacturing career while still in High School following his father’s and grandfather’s paths as a cutter grinder in 1998.
- Worked for Greene Tool Systems and then JMC, in 1991-1993.
- Took a position with Allied Machine and Eng as a Technical Sales Rep in the Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio regions untill 1997.
- In 1998, he took a position as a Commodity Manager with JMC onsite at Allision Transmission till 2006.
- Worked at CCA and then Creek Manufacturing till 2010.
In 2010 when he decided to go out on his own as an Independent Manufactures Representative was given an opportunity to represent Ma Ford and Carmex. Brook’s vision was to represent a few High-Quality Lines and focus on applications and cycle time reduction. He has since added the Platinum Tooling line and just recently Taylor Tool.
In his spare time, he continues to Tournament Bass Fish and spend time with his 4 kids and 3 Grandchildren.

Brian Ferguson
Brian has been with CMI Tooling since April 2020 to present.
Previously Brian worked in Distributor Sales and Applications from 1998 to April 2020 for:
- PT-Solutions/ Specialty Tool
- McDermott Tool
- Quality Mill Supply / Martin
- Covering Southern Indiana
Beginning in 1977 he started his career as an apprentice Toolmaker / Machinist becoming a
Journeyman before serving as a Manufacturing Manager and Plant Manager until 1998.
Brian enjoys spending time with my family, especially his Grandchildren, and riding Motorcycles.
He was married for 39 ½ years before his wife passed away in 2017

Jeff is passionate about building lasting relationships that meet the needs of his clients.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.
